German giants Bayern Munich have admitted they need to invest in the team this summer following Saturday's surprise defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt.
A spectacular second half winner by Christoph Preuss has left Bayern a massive nine points adrift of Schalke with just eight games to go this season and coach Ottmar Hitzfeld says it is now time to start thinking about the future.
"We know where we have problems in our team - that is mainly in the creative, attacking midfield position," he told the club's official website.
"We have to do something about that, there is no question about it."
The retirement of Sebastian Deisler during the season left a gap in the squad, and with 36-year-old Mehmet Scholl set to follow him in the summer, Bayern know that they will have to be busy in the transfer market in the coming months.
Schalke's Hamit Altintop, Alemannia Aachen's Jan Schlaudraff and Argentinian Jose Ernesto Sosa have already agreed moves to the Allianz Arena, but chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says the club are looking for more new faces.
"We don't want to stop at those three, but are still looking to bring another one or two top-quality players to FC Bayern," he said.
"We want to build a team that is not only able to challenge with the best at home, but also in Europe."
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has admitted it would be an 'honour' to manage Real Madrid.
The Portuguese tactician's future at Chelsea has been the subject of constant speculation in the last few months amid reports of an alleged rift with owner Roman Abramovich.
Mourinho, who insists he will not walk out on Chelsea, revealed over the weekend he clashed with Abramovich over the club's refusal to enter the transfer market in January.
The former Porto chief has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid in the summer with the Spanish giants expected to part with Fabio Capello after a disappointing campaign.
Capello has failed to win over the Real faithful this season and his job is under increasing pressure following their UEFA Champions League exit to Bayern Munich.
Mourinho, who was in Spain to take in Champions League opponents Valencia's clash with Osasuna, told Spanish television he would be interested in a switch to El Santiago Bernabeu, but ruled out any move next season.

Chelsea step closer to quadruple
Tottenham 1 Chelsea 2. Two thunderbolts from the blue, magnificent strikes from Andrei Shevchenko (right) and Shaun Wright-Phillips, swept Chelsea past Tottenham Hotspur last night, moving the quadruple-chasers to within 90 minutes of the FA Cup final. Chelsea's defence once again paraded all their powers of resilience and positioning against Spurs' lively front line. With John Obi Mikel working hard to shield them, John Terry and Ricardo Carvalho coped manfully with everything thrown at them, until Robbie Keane converted a late penalty. Chelsea face Blackburn Rovers in the semi-final.
Ronaldo wins another decisive penalty
Manchester United 1 Middlesbrough 0. Cristiano Ronaldo just cannot keep out of the spotlight. A player born to hog the stage and the headlines, he also embodies the never-say-die spirit running through Manchester United right now. Middlesbrough's bench and players called him a cheat last night after he won and converted the decisive penalty in this FA Cup quarter-final replay. The Portuguese winger was bearing down on goal in the 75th minute when Jonathan Woodgate caught his back leg and Ronaldo went down. In injury-time, Boro's James Morrison was sent off for an outrageous challenge on Ronaldo that sent him tumbling off the pitch.

It is quite possible that Valencia can mount a stealth attack on both the La Liga and Champions League titles.
IT WAS quite amusing, not for Chelsea fans naturally, to hear that there was at least one Premiership manager entertaining the thrilling idea of undermining the Blues' Champions League campaign. Rafael Benitez, apparently, is actively pursuing that agenda by passing on invaluable information on Jose Mourinho's team – which his Liverpool have forcefully humbled in the past two seasons in Europe – to his old club Valencia.
It is an act that would exacerbate the rocky relationship between the Spaniard and Portuguese managers in the Premiership. Mourinho has not hid his aversion towards Benitez. But regardless of the Liverpool boss' goodwill gesture, there was already an overwhelming consensus that Chelsea were on their way out of the Champions League as soon as the draw for the quarterfinals was made last Friday.
Mourinho has hoisted an early excuse for any eventual fumble, citing – quite justifiably – his team's overflowing fixture list which demand that the Blues play four games in 17 days before the first leg against Valencia at Stamford Bridge.
Los Ches have a relatively simple schedule – two league matches against Racing Santander tomorrow and Espanyol on April 1 – and still possess a chance of upstaging Barcelona and Sevilla for the La Liga championship. Three points separate Valencia from Barca and Sevilla, both on 50 points, and coach Quique Sanchez Flores has made sure that the credentials and form of Spain's only flag bearers in Europe's leading club competition are adequate to dim the confidence of even the most positive Chelsea supporters. Knitting intrigue into their season is Valencia's quest to find closure to their magnificent but highly unrewarding surge into the Champions League finals in 2000 and 2001 under the guidance of the brilliant but unyielding Hector Cuper.
Only Juventus have had the identical misfortune of losing two Finals in a row (1997 and 1998) but at least Italy 's most decorated club had won the trophy in 1996 during their heyday in the second half of last decade. At the height of their powers in the La Liga at the turn of the Millennium, Los Ches secured their fifth and sixth titles under Benitez (2001/02 and 2003/04) and completed the La Liga and UEFA Cup double in the same month Mourinho led FC Porto to their Champions League and league titles three years ago.
Long established as the third biggest club in Spain, the feeling of missing out on the European Cup twice in a row is still raw amongst the Valencia support base and this season's run is being tagged as their conquest of destiny. Flores, a former player of the club, has weaved together a team made up of the nucleus of the side that threatened to mow down the continent's heavy hitters a few years ago and players who have had better days elsewhere.
This cocktail of having to prove themselves and also the chase for one final European hurrah has kept the Valencia pot on the boil. Flores has also constructed a squad that are stepping away from Benitez's shadow. The Liverpool supremo has left a large imprint on his ex-club and it would have taken a manager of equal stature to ensure that Valencia continued to remain on course for major honours. Claudio Ranieri – Benitez's stalwart predecessor – failed to grasp the level upon which Valencia have been operating under Benitez and failed to gain the respect of his charges.
An alleged exchange between Ranieri and then Valencia defender Amadeo Carboni as recalled in Guillem Blague's highly engaging and revealing A Season on the Brink: A Portrait of Rafael Benitez's Liverpool underlined Benitez's meticulous approach to football at his former club. It also aptly summed up the Italian's sorry second stint at Estadio Mestalla. Carboni – now famously the club's sporting director busily provoking Mourinho – had asked Ranieri on the “best way to defend.” Ranieri answered: “Just like you did last year.” To which the puzzled player responded: “But we had five ways of defending last year, depending on the opponent(s) and the situation.” Ranieri's solution was: “Just use whichever one you feel like, then.”
Flores has designed an abridged version of the Cuper and Benitez models of Valencia to come up with this vintage: Los Ches can juggle both an all-out attacking play and disciplined rearguard action. Chelsea would soon discover which Valencia would turn up at Stamford Bridge and the Mestalla – a definite disadvantage for the Blues based on Valencia's record against Premiership clubs.
Under Benitez, they had defeated Arsenal twice (2001 and 2003) and Liverpool (2003), and it was their marvellous home-and-away wins over the Reds that finally convinced the Liverpool hierarchy to engage the service of the Spaniard.
There would not be a shortage of offers for Flores himself if he leads Valencia to complete their missions at home and in Europe and there is a clear-cut fear that this would tear this team apart. Chelsea are seemingly keen on snapping up fullback Miguel to replace the unimpressive Paulo Ferreira while the interest in goal-poacher David Villa has been nurtured far longer. Valencia weathered the departure of Benitez in 2004, avoided a debilitating exodus and aspired to their original place in the La Liga after almost two seasons.
This is the conundrum for Los Ches: Can they pay the price of success, if it is extorted, and survive another break-up?

MP vs Money
Which one is important, MP or Money ? which one has more priority to be managed. We can't manage both element at once right. You need more MP to train player or you can buy talented player if have more money. Be careful, talented player require more salary.
For me, at the beginning stage (division 4). MP management is really important. I prefer to train young player at the age of 16,17,18. You can get a talented young player easily. Then we can train them daily. For striker, i give stamina training - 1 and shooting - 1. Constantly every day. The result is superb. Reaching age 22 - 24, their strength can reach 83-85.
If we goes for money, we buy talented player but the price is too expensive 500K - 1M. Better for us to upgrade our stadium rather than investing buying talented player. Talented player must be absolutely hip, then we can gain more fans which indirectly can contribute to ticket collection.
Spend MP for signing sponsorship contract. If you sign with unpopular sponsorship, you get more money but you loose your team popularity. Indirectly, it contribute to fans decreasing. I have faced this problem. So good luck managing your MP and Money.

Stadium expenses cost
Bare in mind that, once we upgrade our stadium, it would incurred more cost for financial administration. My current stadium seater can accommodate 5,000 and the administration charges is 200 euro. If I charge 10 euro per game and average attendance is 2000. Approximately 2000 x 10 x 8 (games) = 160,000 in one season. Then imagine how much you can gain a profit if you expand your stadium to 80,000 seater. Millions of euros you can collect per season.
I have heard someone got problems with administration costs which unexpectedly raised a lot. So I made a list of administration costs of some stadiums that i know.
50 seater - 0
500 - 10
1,000 - 25
2,000 - 40
5,000 - 200
10,000 - 1,500
20,000 - 4,000
50,000 - ? (i don't know yet, if you know it then tell me)
80,000 - ? (i don't know yet, if you know it then tell me)
I don't think that this administration cost can burdening you. Just calculate how much you can gain from that big stadium.

Fans Problem or Decreasing ???
There are a few reason why your fans is decreasing. The main elements contributing to fans decreasing is your overall team rating rating is absolutely out or unpopular. Then how to improve it?
1. Make sure you win the HOME game
2. All your player is popular and absolutely hip
3. Your sponsor also popular and absolutely hip
4. Big win at AWAY game
sometimes, a small factor also contribute to fans decreasing such as, you sell your absolutely hip player with double mark **.
Never sell two player with absolutely hip rating in one season

How to win ?
You can espionage the oponent by using OA (opponent analysis). What to do next. Make sure you have more strength compared to your opponent. Then, recounter their tactical setting by use this formulation
if they played offensice, you play normal
if they played normal, you play deffensive
if they played deffensive, you paly offensive
if they played unfair, you play fair
if they played fair, you play normal
if they played normal, you play unfair
but remember, unfair play is bad for the motivation of your player
if they played 3-4-3, you play 4-4-2
if they played 4-4-2, you play 3-5-2
if they played 3-5-2, you play 3-4-3
changing formation require 5 MP... be careful

Tips For Squad Training
If you wanna save your MP point. Just follow this tips. There an option for substitution training ONLY. rearrange all your player. For example, change all your substitution with defender and give them dual training for ONLY substitution. Then change to midfielder, and give them long pass training. Then you manage your MP rather giving them personally

ada satu cara yang agak mudah, follow jer step dibawah. Kalau berjaya, bagitau aku, sebab aku pun tak try lagi teori aku
1. buat satu dummy team... abc FC lah konon
2. lepas tuh jual player korang yg paling tua skali dgn harga satu juta katakan
3. lepas lapan jam, bukak akaun dummy tadi, abc FC, beli player yg korang jual tadi..
4. lepas tu korang biar lantak pi lah team abc tadi, duit dia habis...
5. korang manage satu team jer cukup...
aku belum try... tapi kalau try nanti dan berjaya... jgn lupa update kat dlm forum
